The unit · Knots, explained
How we measure a month of work.
Rather than counting posts, we count effort. Spend your knots however the season calls for it — all stories, all reels, or a mix.
- 1 kt1 story post; short, ephemeral
- 4 kts1 carousel post (3–6 images); some editing
- 8 kts1 reel, up to one minute; simple graphics included
- 32 kts1 YouTube video; editing and motion graphics included
